Enfuse Group’s Luke Evason is Highly Commended for Rising Star 2024 at the MCA Awards

Enfuse Group celebrated for the second year in a row as Luke Evason is Highly Commended for the Rising Star Award at the 2024 MCA Awards.

The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) annually hosts and celebrates the UK’s leading management consultancy firms and their impact in the public and private sectors.

This year, Enfuse Group’s own Luke Evason was recognised as the Highly Commended in the Rising Star category, whilst Rachel Kealy was recognised for her incredible achievements in consulting by being nominated as Young Consultant of the Year.

With a background in Engineering and Design Thinking, Luke started his career in nuclear construction but soon found his passion lay in solving people-centred challenges. He brings a creative approach to consulting, such as personally experiencing clients' onboarding processes to uncover pain points. Beyond client work, Luke leads internal efforts in sustainability and DE&I and is managing the consultancy’s B-Corp certification. Certified in Design Thinking, he co-developed an internal course on its impact on consulting. Passionate about digital transformation in healthcare, he also gave a keynote speech at the HIMMS Global Health conference to inspire change.

Luke Evason comments on his win “I am absolutely thrilled to have received this recognition as Highly Commended in the MCA Rising Star category. It’s a testament to not only all of the hardwork, but also the incredible support I’ve had from my colleagues at Enfuse Group. Consulting is all about making an impact, and I’m proud to be part of such transformative projects that help our clients thrive."

The Rising Star award welcomes entries from individuals with 0 to 3 years of consulting experience in their first job who have demonstrated they have great potential in their consulting career and are already beginning to demonstrate the positive impact they will make in the sector and in their workplace. Individuals demonstrate they make an active and significant contribution to their organisation’s performance.
