Life at Enfuse
What makes Enfuse Group a truly unique place to work

Our Culture
Our culture at Enfuse is quite unique. Not only do we work really hard and provide a great service for our clients, but we also have fun doing it. We have created a safe space for everyone to bring their authentic selves to work, sharing ideas, giving feedback and creating long lasting connections.

Hybrid Working
Most of our people work in a hybrid way but we are happy to discuss what works best for you. As a Consulting business, we are led by our clients’ working patterns and when not at a client site our people choose to work either from Base Camp or from home.

Our People
Our people are our most valuable resource and as one of our Directors says “‘look after your people and everything else will follow”. At Enfuse we provide a selection of inclusive policies, amazing benefits and flexible working opportunities to allow everyone to have a great work-life balance.

Day to Day
Whilst a lot of the team will be working on client work on a day to day basis, we still like to check in with each other and offer support regularly with our daily stand-up calls every morning and Teams chats throughout the day. We want everyone to feel included and supported.
Family are important to us

We understand our team have lives outside of work, so when joining Enfuse, we don’t just take you on, we take on your family and pets too.
At Enfuse, we have worked really hard to provide family friendly policies that reflect real life. You will find supportive policies on IVF & Fertility Treatment, Parental Leave, Cancer Rehabilitation, Divorce and Bereavement. We also allow the opportunity to purchase 5 additional days of leave each year for those times when you need some extra time off.
We love to celebrate our Mini Enfusers so at Christmas we send a gift to the children and pets of all of our employees.
Alongside our family friendly policies, we have signed the Maternity Pledge which shows our dedication to providing ongoing support to parents taking parental leave.

We are an award-winning & recognised team
At Enfuse we pride ourselves on being a great place to work, but you don’t have to just take our word for it because we are proud to have received awards and certifications to acknowledge this too.

Recognised by the MCA as Best New Consultancy 2023

We get together as much as we can
Although we have a hybrid way of working, we try to get together as a team as much as we can. We meet up to work together regularly from our office, Base Camp and have monthly social events such as bowling, escape rooms and pizza making. We have monthly Be Connected days and quarterly away days where we get together not only for company updates but to spend time as a whole team.
